Recipe Description
Sweet caramelized peaches, creamy burrata, and fragrant pesto come together on golden, crisp pizza dough for a fresh and elegant twist on homemade pizza night. Finished with a drizzle of honey, this is the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy.

Ingredients
1 peach
1 pound pre-made pizza dough
â…“ cup basil pesto (or enough to cover the dough)
2 tablespoons olive oil (plus extra for dough)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Honey for drizzling
Burrata cheese
Fresh basil leaves for topping
1 pinch red pepper flakes
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Slice one peach into thin slices and place in a bowl with two tablespoons of olive oil and two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Toss to coat and set aside to marinate.
Lightly oil a baking sheet and roll out one pound of pizza dough until thin. Spread about â…“ cup of basil pesto evenly over the dough, or enough to cover. Sprinkle lightly with red pepper flakes.
Arrange the marinated peach slices evenly on top of the pesto. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the crust is golden and crisp around the edges.
Remove from the oven, drizzle with honey, and top with torn burrata cheese and fresh basil leaves.
Slice and serve warm.
