Recipe Description
Tender dumplings baked in a sweet, tangy, and spicy sauce are tossed with crisp coleslaw and fresh cilantro for a bold, flavor-packed salad that comes together in just 15 minutes. It’s the perfect mix of heat, crunch, and savory comfort.

Ingredients
18–20 ounces frozen dumplings (about 22–24 dumplings)
½ cup + ¼ cup soy sauce (divided)
½ cup sweet chili sauce or Sambal Oelek (divided)
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 14-ounce bag coleslaw mix
Fresh cilantro
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Place the dumplings into an oven-safe baking dish. Pour in ½ cup of soy sauce and ¼ cup of sweet chili sauce or Sambal Oelek. Stir to coat the dumplings evenly, then place the dish in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
While the dumplings bake, make the salad dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice wine vinegar, ¼ cup soy sauce, ¼ cup sweet chili sauce or Sambal Oelek, garlic powder, and sesame seeds until well combined.
Pour the coleslaw mix into a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss until the cabbage is evenly coated.
When the dumplings are finished baking, pour them along with any sauce from the baking dish into the coleslaw mixture. Toss gently to combine everything.
Top with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
